一、 依本校60周年籌備計畫辦理。
二、 設計概念要以能表現普仁國小辦學理念，參賽者需設計出代表「普仁國小60週年校慶」的LOGO。所設計之LOGO需可廣泛應用於網頁、旗幟、標誌、刊物等，以達到宣傳、識別之目的。
三、 第一名頒發獎狀乙幀、獎金5000元（獲選第一名作品將為普仁國小60週年校慶Logo，作品刊登於60週年校刊）。第二名頒發獎狀乙幀及獎金3000元(作品刊登於60週年校刊)。第三名頒發獎狀乙幀及獎金2000元(作品刊登於60週年校刊)。
四、 報名期限：即日起至107年10月16日（星期二）止，請將作品及報名表繳交到教務處。以繪圖軟體設計Logo者，可將作品電子檔及報名表e-mail至 tathree@gmail.com。
