說明：
一、依據嘉義縣政府108年9月9日府教學特字第1080197434號函辦理。
二、旨揭民和國中慈輝分校招生對象為未滿15歲之學齡學生經原申請轉介學校鑑定，因家庭功能失常所引發之中輟事件，並經學校或教育局(處)評估學生現況不適合學校學習需於中介機構輔導者。
三、招生就學申請書寄送截止日期第一階段為即日起至108年9月20日（星期五）止，以郵戳為憑。
四、申請審核通過之學生，學校將另行通知辦理後續轉介事宜。
五、本案倘有未盡事宜，請詳閱招生簡章，倘有疑義，請逕洽嘉義縣民和國中慈輝分校05-2590238(分機12-李育翰主任，分機14-曾名誼社工)。
