「財團法人谷崧社會慈善基金會-急難救助申請表」(←點選下載)
2、步驟二：填妥後以WORD格式存檔，寄送至read@twnread.org.tw，
檔名及信件標題「谷崧急難救助申請- (學生名)」，
並請來電確認：049-2566102分機27 張雅雯。
(三)審核情形，由專人與申請者聯繫。
