| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署110年6月7日臺教國署學字第1100065827號函（隨函檢附）辦理。 |
| 二、 | 衛生福利部建置「心快活-心理健康學習平台」發表心理健康相關文章及辦理衛教推廣活動（網址：https://wellbeing.mohw.gov.tw/nor/main ），以倡導民眾對於自我心理狀況的重視與積極的促進心理健康。 |
| 三、 | 旨案相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 主題： |
| １、 | 以「心快活」心理健康學習平台上的任一則內容，包含心專欄、心課程、心理健康熱門主題等文章或影片，皆可做為本次插畫設計的目標主題。 |
| ２、 | 參賽作品需為原創，且不曾參與其他公開活動獲得獎項之作品。 |
| ３、 | 根據年齡進行分組，分為：國中小組、高中職組以及社會組(大專院校及一般民眾)共計3組。 |
| (二) | 報名方式及截止日：即日起至110年6月30日下午11時59分截止，請將下列3項資料寄至電子信箱：mentalhealth104@gmail.com(線上報名者，僅需郵寄授權同意書及參賽之插圖設計圖檔)，心快活心理健康學習平台收。 |
