| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依桃園市政府教育局110年11月1日桃教終字第1100098587號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案訊息如下： |
| (一) | 時間：111年4月30日(星期六)，上午9時至12時。 |
| (二) | 地點：本校1樓視聽教室。 |
| (三) | 主題：青春不迷「網」－陪伴青少年成長的五大關鍵元素。 |
| (四) | 講師：王智誼諮商心理師。 |
| (五) | 對象：本校家長及教職員工、社區民眾、對本主題有興趣的各校教師。 |
| 三、 | 參與教師請提前上「桃園市教育發展資源入口網」報名研習，開課單位「平興國中」，研習活動編號「J00025-220300020」；全程參與之教師，可核發教師研習時數3小時。 |
| 四、 | 請遵守校園防疫規定： |
| (一) | 參加者請務必全程配戴口罩。 |
| (二) | 請配合於本校校門口進行手機掃瞄QR-Code、量測額溫及手部酒精消毒。 |
| (三) | 若有呼吸道症狀(發燒、咳嗽、流鼻涕、鼻塞...等)者，請暫緩入校。若為「居家隔離、居家檢疫、自主健康管理期間」之人士，請勿入校。 |
| (四) | 其他活動防疫相關措施，依中央流行疫情指揮中心之規定辦理，並視疫情發展狀況適時調整之。 |
| 五、 | 本校停車空間有限，請盡量以步行、騎機車或汽車共乘之方式到校。 |
| 六、 | 為響應環保，當日請自備環保杯具(校內備有飲水機)。 |
