| 一、 | 為提升社區民眾對精神疾病之認識，了解相關精神衛生醫療知識與自我情緒覺察，邀請心理衛生相關專業人員辦理旨揭講座，以促進個人、家庭及社區間心理健康及精神疾病去汙名化。 |
