| 一、 | 為增進本市國中九年級身心障礙學生對於本校各科特色、學習方向與能力需求之瞭解，邀請桃園市內國民中學九年級身心障礙學生、家長及老師參訪本校。 |
| 二、 | 旨案資訊如下：(一)參加對象：桃園市內國民中學三年級身心障礙學生、 家長和老師。(二)時間：111年11月17日(星期四)，下午1時至3時。(三)地點：本校第三會議室。(四)活動報名網址，請欲參加者自行上網填寫報名表單： https://forms.gle/SDYaSx4Hh1w7VpAJA |
| 三、 | 全程參與者核予研習時數2小時，請至請全國特殊教育資訊網報名。 |
| 四、 | 因COVID-19防疫規定，為維護參與人員健康，請參加者自行列印造冊表格，並於填寫完畢後掃描上傳至報名表單(第7點)。 |
| 五、 | 檢送旨案活動流程表及參訪名單造冊各1份。 |
