| 主旨： | 有關國家衛生研究院蚊媒傳染病防治研究中心與國立科學工藝博物館共同開發登革熱防治行動教具「滅飛特攻隊」一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立科學工藝博物館111年12月26日館展字第1116163498號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭教具包括登革熱教學投影片可編輯電子檔1式、革熱知識海報8款及「滅飛特攻隊」教具組5單元。 |
| 三、 | 111學年度下學期受理申請時間為即日起至112年2月15日止，行動教具內容及借用申請辦法如附件，另可逕至本局首頁/便民服務/檔案下載/公務檔案下載處查詢運用。 |
| 四、 | 期限內完成申請之學校，將由該館提供寄送之單趟郵資(科工館寄送至學校)，送返(學校寄返至科工館)費用則由申請借用單位支應，並請於教具歸還後一週內，提供教具使用紀錄單(本附件於教具借用申請辦法第二頁)。 |
