| 一、 | 依據教育部112年4月25日臺教社(一)字第1122401670號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 教育部長期透過政策規劃、學習環境與資源、課程教材與教學、校園性侵害性騷擾及性霸凌之防治等各面向整體推動性別平等教育，以建構性別友善校園環境，進而擴及影響力至家庭及社會。為使民眾重視性別平等教育之推動，自112年起，特訂定每年的4月20日為性別平等教育日，以期透過課程與活動等教育連結，建立教職員工生性別意識，深化性別平等教育在校園之實踐。 |
