| 一、 | 依據國立臺灣師範大學附屬高級中學112年9月11日附教字第1120011495號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭工作坊係為促進教師理解與實踐十二年國民基本教育課程綱要之精神與內涵，並協助各學科的教師瞭解學習歷程檔案與課程學習成果的相關製作。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭工作坊資訊如下： |
| (一) | 時間(13：30~17：10) |
| １、 | 宜花東場：112年10月19日(四)國立花蓮高級商業職業學校。 |
| ２、 | 中彰投場：112年11月09日(四)臺中市立臺中女子高級中等學校。 |
| ３、 | 北北基場：112年11月28日(二)國立臺灣師範大學附屬高級中學。 |
| ４、 | 桃竹苗場1：112年12月20日(三)國立新竹女子高級中學。 |
| ５、 | 桃竹苗場2：113年01月11日(四)桃園市立內壢高級中等學校。 |
| (二) | 相關課程資訊及報名方式，詳如附件實施計畫。 |
| (三) | 相關經費由原服務學校依規定支給。 |
| 四、 | 本局同意市立學校教師參加旨揭工作坊期間，經學校同意後核予公(差)假。私立學校請本權責核予參加教師公(差)假及課務排代。 |
