| 主旨： | 函轉有關行政院人權及轉型正義處「行政院2023人權日學術研討會會議實錄─人權影響評估的國際視野與在地實踐」相關資料一案，請查照。 |

| 一、 | 依據本府113年4月15日府法綜字第1130099613號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 行政院前於112年12月8日辦理旨揭研討會，以人權影響評估的國際視野與在地實踐為主軸，辦理3場專題研討及1場綜合性座談，透過專題研討充實以往國內較為稀缺之研究資料，並對我國推動人權影響評估政策規劃極具參考價值，爰將會議實錄電子書等相關資料上傳於行政院人權專區。 |
