| 主旨： | 有關本校(經國國中)綜合領域辦理「慈悲醫學～睡得好、學得好，談睡眠與壓力管理」教師研習，懇請貴校惠予公告周知並鼓勵同仁參加，請查照。 |

| 一、 | 依據112學年度國民小學及國民中學活化教學與多元學習計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本校邀請國立台北護理健康大學護理系-劉吉豐教授，以「慈悲醫學～睡得好、學得好，談睡眠與壓力管理」為題辦理教師研習活動，歡迎各校老師報名參加。 |
| 三、 | 研習主題：慈悲醫學～睡得好、學得好，談睡眠與壓力管理。 |
| 四、 | 研習講師：國立台北護理健康大學護理系-劉吉豐教授。 |
| 五、 | 研習時間：113年5月21日(星期二)上午10時至12時。 |
| 六、 | 研習地點：桃園市立經國國中三樓圖書館。 |
| 七、 | 報名方式：請至「桃園市教育發展資源入口網」-「經國國中」報名，研習編號：J00011-240400005。 |
| 八、 | 請各校准予參加人員在課務自理、不支領代課鐘點費原則下，以公（差）假登記出席。 |
| 九、 | 本校當日上午開放校區停車，恕不提供午餐。 |
