| 主旨： | 轉知社團法人台灣癲癇之友協會(以下稱該協會)「113年新光鋼添澄癲癇之友獎、助學金」施行辦法一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據該協會113年9月12日(113)台癲協字第017號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 該協會為獎勵在學癲癇朋友不畏疾病困擾，努力完成學業，特設旨揭獎、助學金，申請時間為即日起至113年11月15日止，若符合資格且欲申請獎助學金者，請自行至協會網站( http://www.epilepsyorg.org.tw 下載並備妥相關文件後，於113年11月15日前郵寄至該協會。 |
