| 11月2日：青少年網路霸凌辨識與創傷療癒。 |
| 11月10日：正念減壓與情緒管理。 |
| 11月17日：青少年親子衝突的負面影響與解方。 |
| 12月8日：青少年霸凌行為背後的社會化意義。 |
| 12月14日：心理位移日記書寫之情緒療癒。 |
| (二)研習地點：本校。 |
| (三)研習費用：全免，交通請自理或由學校酌予補助。 |
| (四)參與對象：各公私立高中高職及國中教師。 |
| (五)參與人數：各場次50至100人，額滿為止。 |
