| 說明： |
| 一、 | 為鼓勵推展家庭教育相關人員增進辦理家人關係與家庭功能之各種教育活動及服務之能力，並取得家庭教育專業人員證照，爰與國立空中大學桃園中心合作，由該大學開設「家庭教育學分學程」。 |
| 二、 | 旨案課程說明如下： |
| (一) | 參與人員：有意取得家庭教育專業人員證照或對家庭教育課程有興趣者。 |
| (二) | 修課方式：每科目安排6次課程，其中4次以視訊形式辦理，作業、期中、期末依授課講師規定辦理。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：由本中心彙整有意願報名人員，倘有意願者達開班人數(20人)，將提供名單資訊給空中大學，以利空中大學後續辦理報名事宜。 |
| (四) | 有意願報名者請於113年12月12日(星期四)前填寫Google表單資料（https://reurl.cc/Q59L55 ），以利本中心統計人數。 |
| 三、 | 家庭教育專業人員認證為教育部委由輔仁大學辦理，認證資格及相關規定請參考「家庭教育專業人員認證專區」網頁（https://familyedu.moe.gov.tw/moefes/index.aspx ）。 |
| 四、 | 請詳閱開課計劃，倘仍有疑義，請洽承辦人劉媛婷(3366885#16)。 |
