| 一、 | 依據臺南市政府教育局113年11月22日南市教特（三）字第1132406393A號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭說明會相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 時間：113年12月19日（星期四）下午1時20分至5時10分。 |
| (二) | 地點：臺南市新營區公誠國小教師研習中心1樓視廳教室。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：113年12月13日（星期五）前至全國特殊教育資訊網登錄報名（網址：https://special.moe.gov.tw/study.php ），報名路徑：研習報名→縣市特教研習→開啟查詢→登錄縣市：台南市→關鑑字查詢「臺南市114學年度身心障礙學生適性輔導安置工作說明會」→點選報名。 |
| 三、 | 如有學生欲跨區報名參加旨揭適性輔導安置，請貴校視需求派員參加旨揭說明會，並依教師請假規則本權責核予其公(差)假登記。 |
