| 一、 | 依據屏東縣政府115年9月22日屏府教學字第11551648530號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本案申請資訊說明如下： |
| (一) | 申請資格：因家庭失功能、單親、隔代教養或其他不利因素，致有中輟之虞、就學情形不佳，經學校及教育處評估有中介教育輔導需求之男學生，另緊急或特殊個案亦得依實際需求申請。 |
| (二) | 申請時間(郵戳為憑，逾期不候)： |
| １、 | 115年11月23日至11月30日，申請對象為國小5、6年級暨國中7、8、9年級學生。 |
| ２、 | 116年4月23日至4月30日，申請對象為國5、6年級暨國中7、8年級學生。 |
| (三) | 申請審核通過之學生，將另函知辦理入園報到事宜。 |
| 三、 | 若有相關疑問請逕洽屏東縣光春國中飛夢林學園辦公室，聯絡電話：08-7890587。 |
