說明：
一、依據國立臺灣大學105年11月1日校兒家字第1050088931號函辦理。
二、為執行「青少年生活技能訓練預防方案」研究，使國中生習得生活技能
提升自我效能，以促進學生心理健康發展。
三、旨揭工作坊訂於105年11月7日(週一)，在該校社會社工系館205室(臺北市
羅斯福路4段1號)舉行。
四、請於105年11月4日(週五)中午12時前填妥附件報名表以傳真或EMAIL至中
心專任助理江幸真(傳真電話：02-33661589；EMAIL：adichiangntu@gmail.com)完成報名，並請本權責核予出席人員公(差)假登記。
五、檢附師資培訓工作坊計畫書、報名表及各校教學團隊名單各1份(如附件)。
